The main activity of the IPCC is to provide in
regular intervals Assessment Reports of the state of knowledge on climate
change. The latest one is "Climate Change 2007", the Fourth IPCC
Assessment Report.
Stern
Review Report on the Economics of Climate Change
Released on October 30, 2006, Sir Nicolas Stern’s
report to the British Government discusses the effect of global climate change
on the world economy.
US Climate
Science Program
The US Climate Science Program was developed by
the President George W. Bush Administration to integrate research done by
thirteen federal agencies on global climate change and variability. Completed
and available reports include: Impacts
of Climate Change and Variability on Transportation Systems and Infrastructure
(Phase I Gulf Coast Study); Effects
of Climate Change on Energy Production and Use in the United States; and the
2003 Strategic
Plan for the Climate Change Science Program.
RealClimate is a commentary site on climate science by working climate
scientists for the interested public and journalists. They aim to provide a
quick response to developing stories and provide the context sometimes missing
in mainstream commentary.

Change Central: Final Report from Carbon Capture and Storage Communication
Workshops
Climate Change Central (C3) hosted
three Carbon Capture and Storage Communication Workshops in Canada together
with the Institute for Sustainable Energy, Environment and Economy (ISEEE) and
the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). This final
report provides a brief summary of the presentations that were made during day
three of the event.
